DESCRIPTION:This one-day workshop\, designed for COOs\, Directors of Operations\, Project Managers\, Office Managers\, and anyone supporting with school operations\, will immerse participants in best practices for creating and implementing standard operating procedures. \nSchoolOps trainings support leaders by building skills like creating a school culture of standard operating procedures\, managing time and tasks effectively across teams\, and building project plans for major operations workstreams. \nParticipants will leave with tools\, templates\, and best practices that help them perfect the systems and structures behind an operationally excellent school. \nDate: Wednesday\, April 22\, 2026 \nTime: 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (with registration and breakfast from 9:00-10:00) \nLocation: Miami Dade College- West Campus (Doral\, FL) | 3800 NW 115th Ave\, Doral\, FL 33178 \nCost: $100 for those in the charter sector\, thanks to generous state funding.
