Administrative Change to Employee Position
This sample document is intended to be used by the school’s administration to document changes that need to be changed to an employee’s HR information, such as when an employee is being transferred to a new position, or when their pay or employee information is getting changed. There is a separate form in our library to be used when an employee is requesting a data change, or when an employee is requesting a change to a different position within the organization.
