About the Webinar:
This presentation will provide participants with a program to attract, support and retain a high-quality teacher workforce. The Beginning Teacher Assistance Program (BTAP) is a formal school-site program to welcome and support new teachers. From Orientation Day to the End of Year timeline of activities will be shared. Participants will walk away with a comprehensive plan to implement at their school site.
