Employee Written Warning
While a warning may seem like it is more of a minor incident that does not need to be documented, it is important that schools do document these employee incidents. If further action is required, or if the school decides to move towards terminating an employee, it is important to have adequate documentation to support those decisions. This form is a sample form a school can use to document when a formal warning is issued to an employee.
