Operations Leadership Workshop
This one-day workshop, designed for COOs, Directors of Operations, Project Managers, Office Managers, and anyone supporting with school operations, will immerse participants in best practices for creating and implementing standard operating procedures.
SchoolOps trainings support leaders by building skills like creating a school culture of standard operating procedures, managing time and tasks effectively across teams, and building project plans for major operations workstreams.
Participants will leave with tools, templates, and best practices that help them perfect the systems and structures behind an operationally excellent school.

Cost: $100 for those in the charter sector, thanks to generous state funding. For those friends not affiliated with a charter school or support institution, the cost is $150.
