The FCI Financial Fellowship is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are serving in, or aspiring to serve in, financial leadership roles within charter schools. This unique program is offered at no cost to participants, making it an accessible and valuable investment in professional growth. Please note that while tuition is fully covered, travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant. We strongly encourage applicants to discuss this opportunity with their school leadership, as many schools choose to support staff members by contributing to travel costs.

The fellowship experience includes five in-person training sessions designed to build the capacity and expertise of charter school financial leaders. Once fellows are selected, we will determine a centrally located training site to make participation as convenient as possible for all.

Applications are open from October 1 through November 13. Selection notifications will be shared in early December 2025, and the first cohort gathering will take place in January 2026.
