Important Information For Applicants

The FCI Operations Fellowship is an exciting opportunity for charter school leaders who oversee, or are preparing to oversee, school operations. This unique program is offered at no cost to participants, making it an accessible and valuable investment in professional growth.

Please note that while tuition is fully covered, travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant. We strongly encourage applicants to discuss this opportunity with their school leadership, as many schools choose to support staff members by contributing to travel costs.

The fellowship experience includes five in-person sessions and four virtual sessions on Zoom, with national and statewide experts joining the Fellows. The cohort is limited to 15 Fellows. Once Fellows are selected, we will determine a centrally located training site to make participation as convenient as possible for all.
