FL Salary Increase Allocation Calculator 2025-26
On August 28, 2025 the Department of Education released information on how to comply with the “Classroom Teacher and Other Instructional Personnel Salary Increase Allocation.” This year, the state has set aside $1.36-billion to maintain and offer additional increases in compensation for public school staff.
School districts are required to submit their plans for these funds by October 1, 2025, and districts must include with their plans copies of all of their charter schools. Therefore, charter schools should expect that districts will be asking for their completed plans mid- to late-September in order to comply with this requirement.

To help charter schools with the creation of these plans, we have created a calculator to help charter schools calculate the numbers required by the state for the plan. If you are unable to use Google Sheets, we have converted the file to an Excel file. This Excel version has not been test as extensively as the Google Sheets version, so as indicated above, we highly recommend you use the Google Sheets version.
