This document is a calculator that a school could use to allow staff to quickly calculate the cost that should be passed along to students for field trips. This calculator was implemented at a school where the school was having issues not collecting enough money to cover the costs of a fields trip. While a PDF version is provided below, there is no functionality, we recommend you download the Excel version of the document below.
