The FCSA’s School Leaders Fellowship (SLF) is successfully preparing the next generation of exceptional charter school leaders. In just three years, forty participants have graduated from the program and many are already leading a Florida charter school.

Fellowship candidates must be educators working at a Florida charter school and interested in becoming assistant principals and principals. No prior administrative training is required. The program was designed to accommodate and capitalize on the varied levels of seniority and leadership experience of each of the Fellows, the platform encourages participants to share their expertise, bridge generational and leadership experience gaps, learn from one another, and make professional connections that will continue.
