Meet Dr. Brian Botts, who is the school leader at Florida Southwestern Collegiate Lee Campus. He believes the strongest components of school leadership are clear vision, leading by example, knowing what to focus on in order to leverage change and collaborative leadership. Leveraging the learnings from the fellowship, Brian has pushed his school community to think deeply about the Science of Reading and how to immerse it into practice.
