The goal of FCI’s Distinguished Fellows program, part of FCI EDUCATE, is to build a community of exceptional leaders across Florida who, via clinically proven, research-backed development, continue to elevate the bar for instructional leadership in the state and nationally. During the Fellowship year, Fellows engage in robust development spanning a variety of aspects of Instructional leadership. Take an opportunity to meet a member of our FCI Distinguished Fellowship.

Meet Distinguished Fellow, Kelly Monod, who is the Associate Vice President of Collegiate Schools at State College of Florida. She is truly benefiting from the collaboration with the Fellows to identify and implement the best instructional practices to bring back home to the SCF Collegiate Schools in Manatee and Sarasota county. She believes that an important component of school leadership is the ability to be present and model expectations. Her love for creating collaborative spaces has helped create a team of amazing teachers who support and inspire one another toward excellence.

FCI’s EDUCATE division is dedicated to enhancing educational practices within charter schools. Our comprehensive initiatives aim to foster an environment that champions continuous growth. We are grateful for the participation and the contributions Kelly has made to the Fellowship this school year.
