About the Webinar:

This session addressed one of the most disruptive challenges schools can face: the sudden need to replace a leader. It highlighted how a proper succession plan can mitigate disruption and ensure a smooth transition for the school and the community it serves. Participants learned about programs developed by the Florida Charter School Alliance (FCSA) and Doral College that are successfully preparing high-quality future charter school leaders. This was particularly valuable for independent schools that have identified a potential school leader but lack the resources to fully develop that person’s talents and skill set.
