FCI’s “Teaching, Learning, and Leadership” division is dedicated to enhancing educational practices within charter schools. Our comprehensive initiatives aim to foster an environment that champions continuous growth by:

Hosting professional learning workshops tailored for teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders to equip them with research-backed, clinically-proven teaching practices and methodologies.
Facilitating an annual Distinguished Fellowship cohort, comprised of top performing leaders in Florida, to elevate their leadership and enhance the spread of their impact state-wide.
Compiling and conducting research and collaborating with experts on instructional and coaching best practice to drive our resources and professional learning.
