Parent-Teacher Conference Form
This sample form provides a structured way to document parent-teacher conferences, ensuring key topics are covered and follow-up actions are noted.
- Student Information: Includes student name, grade level, and date of the conference.
- Teacher Items for Discussion: Prepares points on grades, participation, behavior, and any concerns.
- Parent Items for Discussion: Space for parents to share their concerns or topics.
- Follow-Up/Implementation: Records action items and assigns responsibility.
- Attendance Confirmation: Signatures to confirm participation, including remote attendance notes.
Winter Facilities Maintenance Checklist
This checklist helps school leaders address seasonal maintenance needs and prepare facilities for winter break.
- School Information: Includes building details, inspection month, and inspector signature.
- Instructions: Mark items as “YES” or “NO” for each task. Items marked “NO” need immediate attention.
- Fire Safety: Ensures fire-rated walls, sprinklers, fire panels, and smoke detectors are inspected. Confirms compliance with fire safety regulations.
