Professional Learning Opportunity (Instructional): Monitor The Learning Training

In this three-day workshop, designed for principals, deans of instruction/curriculum, and instructional coaches, FCI will highlight a new and improved “Monitor the Learning” framework — a coaching model that ensures student learning lives at the forefront of instructional coaching and decision making. Leaders will dive into student work analysis and follow up, as well as how to coach both the newest and most masterful teachers. The final day of programming will guide leaders through the creation of an implementation plan to ensure the session takeaways come to life back at schools.
