FCI-Support presenters are available for in-person and virtual presentations on a wide range of topics of importance to charter school leaders, including governance, facilities planning, and best practices in accounting and fiscal management.
The FCI-Support team is available to attend the governing board meetings of charter schools during their planning and first years of operation. We can attend either virtually or in person to offer suggestions on items your Board may wish to consider to help improve efficiency, or to be a resource for your leadership and Board Members during the meetings.
Bylaws. Policies. Handbooks. Send us your school’s foundational documents, and we’ll provide feedback based on what we’ve seen work for other charter schools. In addition, the resource library offers an extensive collection of templates.
Ready to plan for what’s next? The FCI-Support team helps charter schools chart their course from good to great. Through surveys of staff and key stakeholders, followed by eight hours of planning sessions, we will help your board and leadership reflect on the school’s mission, vision, and history and set key objectives and measurable goals for the next phase.
