Build the Systems Behind Great Schools

About the Fellowship

The FCI Operations Fellowship equips charter school leaders to build the systems great schools depend on: the routines, plans, and teams that keep a school running smoothly every day.

Why this Fellowship

Charter school leaders juggle enrollment, food service, transportation, facilities, technology, and many other responsibilities, yet few receive training to manage them. This Fellowship gives them the tools to run the strongest operations department possible, along with direct access to national networks and their best practices.
