In this presentation the lead for the FLDOE Bureau of School Improvement’s Field Team will discuss how to maximize classroom learning walks through a tight lens of instructional look-fors that will lead to positive change in teacher practice. Participants will be actively engaged in a systemic process of developing school specific look-fors to maximize efficiency and impact of instruction.
