This session will be an informative and interactive workshop that encourages independent charter operators under 5 years old to engage in a journey of a charter school operator’s ups and downs in developing a successful program. The goal would be to have the charter leaders to reflect on their school programs and compare their practices to these 6 key focus areas that help assure the success of a school: management/compliance, curriculum, school culture, operations, staff/team development, and parent culture.
