Join us for a Professional Learning Workshop with Leverage Leadership and learn how to maximize instructional coaching to catalyze student achievement.

In this three day workshop, designed for principals, deans of instruction/curriculum, and instructional coaches, LLI will highlight a new and improved “monitor the learning” framework — a coaching model that ensures student learning lives at the forefront of instructional coaching and decision making. Leaders will dive weekly data meetings and follow up, as well as how to coach both the newest and most masterful teachers. The new final day of programming will guide leaders through the creation of an implementation plan to ensure the session takeaways take root back at schools.

- Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (with registration and breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m. each day)
- Location: Miami Dade College West Campus. Free parking will be provided.
- Cost: $400 (typically $500+/day)
- Recommended Attendees:
- We recommend that schools bring their complete instructional leader team, as this best supports future implementation in schools.
- Currently, registration is capped at 10 participants per school to ensure access for all those interested. If space is available as we approach session dates, we will open up additional seating.
- Meals: Light breakfast and lunch are included.
- Inservice Points: Participants will receive inservice points for completion of the workshop. Please bring your FLDOE License number with you to registration.
